Race Day!

This past weekend the base had the America's Kids Run.  I asked Austin if he thought he could run a mile and he wasn't too sure about it, but he said he would try!  I made him practice by running around the yard which is about the size of a track.  On Saturday he was all ready to go!  He ran his mile in 9 min and 30 seconds!  Much better than I could do at this point although I haven't run in about hmmmmm a year or so?!  I have some catching up to do!  Anyway, here are a few pictures of my future runner!  I was so proud!
