On the way to Dublin

After out two night stay in Dingle we started our drive to Dublin for the end of our trip.  We decided to stay one more night in the countryside of Ireland since that is the most beautiful part!  We drove about 3 hours to Kilkenny and spent the night in another B & B.  It was a great drive and we really enjoyed the scenery!  We arrived in Kilkenny in the afternoon and we just walked around town and then headed out to dinner before getting a good nights sleep.  The next morning we took a detour on the way to Dublin to check out the Rock of Cashel.  The Rock started out as a place where kings resided from 300 a.d. and then turned into a church in 1101.  It was really cool checking out the old ruins and the graveyard.  We spent about an hour there and then drove our last hour to Dublin.  Here are some pictures from the Rock.
